Speeches, did plenty of them....have 'retired' from that.....

had lime shrimp enchiladas for dinner....very tasty (hubby did most of the cooking on it, except putting the enchiladas together....I got to do that ......hubby is a good cook)....

and I guess the V they are showing is a 'reimaging' whatever the heck that is --though its not just a cleaning up of the originals.....bah why cant they just make completely NEW ideas instead of redoing old ones?????

I have to admit I had to Google LARPer to know what it meant.
As far as speeches go, being a little sociophobic; I found it quite difficult to get up in front of a group of people.

At least LARPers are not as bad as airsoft people. If you are going to pay lots of money for a toy copy of a real gun, you might as well buy the real gun and go play paintball instead.

Giving a speech is not so bad if you are in a group. It is terrifying if you are alone.

Don't hunt. And sides, gun hunting is something most people can do. Point gun, pull trigger, success! Bow hunting takes more skill than gun hunting.

You have to sight the gun in and still go out and find the animals

have to be super stealthy.

I wouldn't say it is something that just anyone can go out and do easily.

But you are right, bow hunting is much more difficult. involves all the things required for gun hunting, but you have to be closer and requires more skill in aiming.

lol Ever heard of a tree stand? Animals find you. You simply sit and wait. And these days the damn things almost aim for you. Trying to hit a target that large isn't a problem.

yeah, but u have to sit in the tree stand for hours and hours while it's freezing cold outside, going out before the break of dawn. patience is the difficult part ;-) after going days of not seeing anything, controlling ur excitement to shoot something when it does show up is also not so easy. especially since u have to be extremely slow and quiet with so much adrenaline pumping through you. jitters from both the adrenaline and the cold ;-).
